International Construction Law - Postgraduate Diploma/Masters Distance Learning Course

This legal postgraduate course seeks to extend and develop students' understanding of the law relating to the core aspects of international construction practice, dispute settlement, procurement and sustainability.

The course aims to provide opportunities for students to gain an understanding of a range of global issues affecting construction law and practice and to gain knowledge, understanding and the requisite skills in preparation for employment in international construction legal practice and commercial organisations both in the UK and abroad.

The course is based on an understanding of law as both a vocational discipline and a subject of academic study.
