Team Building Skills
1 Day (Face to face or Online)
Really great teams do not usually just happen, even when they seem like they have. They have become really good as a team due to the communication, team work, trust, cooperation, compromise, commitment and more.
There are actually quite a few "I"s in a team... Individuals as one, integrity, ingenuity, innovation, inner belief, ideas, informing, inspiration, ignition etc.
By the end of this workshop, you will be able to list and briefly explain the 7 step model of team development without notes.
This course is very much dependent on who wants it, how that organisation works, what it wants from the attendees etc.

- What is a group and what is a team, how do they differ?
- How relationships and Tuckman's model of Teams are so similar.
- Why we must link what our people do to the organisational goals/objectives.
- What makes a High Performing Team (HPT)?
- The buddy-buddy system and why using it can form a HPT.
- Why Emotional Intelligence (EI) creates HPTs.
- Delegation, Responsibility, Accountability and Autonomy.
- Words, text, emails, letter, documents and the unconscious confusion we create.
- The Self-Fulfilling Prophecy
- Maintaining effective and efficient teams
Course delivery details
We offer both classroom/Face to Face (F2F) and online (Zoom) options.
Our (F2F) option can be facilitated at your organisation or at a venue booked by you for that day.
Our online sessions are facilitated through Zoom. They are converted from a one-day classroom-style event into a series of interactive Zoom sessions totalling 8 online hours.
Each Zoom session can be planned to last 2, 3 or 4 hours (4 is our maximum duration).
All our sessions come with direct post-event support.
