New outlook on sales role

Excellent presenter

Nick was an excellent presenter, he kept the sessions very interesting and entertaining. The LACPOMAC approach to a sale makes perfect sense to me and it is easy to remember.

Given me confidence

Excellent consultant

Nick is a bank of knowledge and made us really think about what he was saying rather than just 'saying' it. For example, visualising first and then drawing to the point.

Lots of ideas

Gave me lots of ideas to tweak existing things I am doing (keeping what works but adding new things). Gave me more insight into how a buyer approaches the whole process.

Most refreshing course
