ILM Level 3 Certificate in Leadership ; Management

This qualification recognised by the Institute of Leadership & Management is aimed at individuals in team leader or supervisor roles, but is also suitable for aspiring managers. The course will cover a range of key managerial skills in order to enhance your capability and potential. ​​

In order to achieve the ILM Level 3 Certificate in Leadership and Management you will need to complete six Level 3 units. Each unit will be assessed by an assignment that you will complete in your own time that will develop and demonstrate your knowledge and understanding in that unique area. We currently have 8 units in our programme of which you can choose any six that are of most interest or relevance to your work or development. The unit options are outlined below:

• 8600-320 Managing workplace projects
• 8600-326Understanding the communication in the work place

Who is this qualification for?​

The Level 3 Award, Certificate and Diploma in Leadership and Management are ideal for individuals who have management responsibilities but no formal training, and are serious about developing their abilities. They particularly support practising team leaders seeking to move up to the next level of management, and managers who need to lead people though organisational change, budget cuts or other pressures.
