CICM Diploma in Credit and Collections (Level 3)

The Level 3 Diploma is designed to raise your effectiveness, improve your career prospects and prepare you for more senior roles.  You will gain an understanding of concepts, processes and techniques.  It will raise your confidence and performance in day-to-day tasks and is ideal for those aspiring to progress.

Individuals who wish to raise their profile and prepare for the next level of responsibility for example, debt collection team leaders, case handlers or managers who would like to establish competency and respect in their role.  It is for those who wish to show a commitment to uphold the highest professional standards and in raising personal performance.

This level will teach you advanced insight into Credit Management principles and techniques and the business environment.  It will help you understand and implement the principles of best practice to enhance and optimise day-to-day activities.   

Suitability - Who should attend?

The CICM operates an open entry policy for the Level 3 Diploma.  Applicants do not need to meet any age or educational criteria before being admitted to this course.

Outcome / Qualification etc.

On successful completion, you will gain a Level 3 Diploma in Credit and Collections. 

Holders of the Level 3 Diploma are eligible for Associate level membership with the CICM and may use the designatory letters, ACICM, after their name (whilst in current membership).

Level 3 Diploma in Credit and Collections (evening classes) - £535 (per module) 

2018-2019 Prices

Initial Registration Fee £55.00 (one-off fee)

Learners = Study Member Level £57.00

The first year of membership will total £112.00.  Additional year’s membership will cost the current price of £57.00

CICM exam fees

2018 Prices:

Online entry fee £98.00 (UK) or £108.00 (Overseas).

Other assessments (written exams and submitted assignments) £88.00

Late entry (for up to two weeks after entry deadline) £118.00

Online sample questions £25.00 + VAT (£30.00 total)
