Business Strategy for PR - 2-Day Course

Through this two-day course from the London School of Public Relations participants will learn key business analysis methods to help them evaluate business data and convert information into knowledge.

The detailed course covers integral business strategy for PR topics, including:

  • Key analytical tools for strategy decision-making
  • Methodologies to better understand the complex nature of fast-moving organisations, as well competitors within an existing market
  • Analysing the results of social media campaigns 
  • Intellectual capital and how to manage and make wealth from intangibles, with a strong focus on knowledge management

Outcome / Qualification etc.

On completion of the course and required assessment participants will be awarded an Advanced Certificate in Business Strategy for PR from the London School of Public Relations.

Module Four: Financial Ratio and Statement Analysis

  • Efficiency ratios

  • Solvency ratios

  • Liquidity analysis ratios

  • Probability analysis ratios

  • Other key KPIs

Module Five: Strategic Anticipation

  • What is strategic anticipation or analysis?

  • Strategic Issue management

  • Scenario analysis
