Developing Career Resilience

The world is currently experiencing tough and rapidly changing times, whether they be economic crises, social unrest or the recent global pandemic. This has inevitably led to the loss of many roles and the instability of many more. This new course recognises these difficulties and aims to help delegates develop a long-term strategy which will allow them to withstand any lows and transform setbacks into exciting new  opportunities.During the course delegates will explore their own individual resilience and learn how to develop career resilience by focusing on mental and physical health, adopting a 'bounce back' mindset, becoming more self-sufficient and flexible and establishing strong support networks.  They will also reasses their personal goals in relation to their careers and will leave the course with action plans they can immediately put into effect to ensure long term career success.
