Financial Economic Supplier Evaluation
The aim of this course is to provide knowledge and operative tools on financial and economic evaluation of suppliers/contractors. Starting from a general framework on relationships with suppliers the module will go in depth in analysing balance sheet information in order to understand economic and financial supplier profile. Models for evaluating the complementary competitive supplier profile will be provided too. Participants will continuously be involved with cases and simulations.

The course is addressed to all individuals, more or less directly involved, in transactions relating to the provision of products, goods, services and therefore – more specifically – to those who operate within the area of procurement, logistics, investments, management control, legal and contracts department of the supply chain and who wish to learn update logics regarding methods and techniques to be used in the evaluation of providers reliability; this can be checked within related companies and groups from a financial and economic point of view and not only by reviewing performances connected to the different characteristics of the product, good and service purchased.
