Attend this course, if you are responsible for maintaining your organisation’s ISO 9001 quality management system and are required to conduct regular internal audits against the standard requirements.
To attend this course, you need to have some prior knowledge of quality management systems, ISO 9001 and its core elements. It is a prerequisite to understand the requirements in ISO 9001, which can be obtain by attending LRQA’s Introduction to ISO 9001 course.

What you will learn?
This course explains the role and responsibilities of an ISO 9001 internal auditor, explaining how to plan and develop effective audit checklists. It will introduce LR’s six-stage audit approach, which will enable you to gather objective evidence, identify any non-conformities, evaluate and report on your audit findings and implement any corrective action if required.
