Who should attend?
Attend this training course if your organisation wants to adopt the TickITplus scheme, wants to conduct internal audits against the scheme and become a registered TickITplus Foundation level assessor or practitioner.
To attend this course, you need to have some practical experience of implementing and improving an ISO 9001 compliant quality management system in an IT rich environment, conducting and reporting on internal audits and a copy of the latest version of the Base Process Library.

What you will learn?
This course explains the design and construction of the Base Process Library and Process Reference Model. It also introduces the Process Assessment Model, outlining a best-practice assessment approach.
