Within these areas, their course programmes are designed to combine real-world business experience with techniques from the visual and performing arts. Using film, acting skills, design and vocal coaching, they thus help delegates to make life-changing breakthroughs and unlock their full potential. In addition, Make Yourself courses are specifically built to be as interactive as possible, with 60-70% of the the training day dedicated to action. This means role plays, practice sessions, exercises, games and other participatory activities that get delegates on their feet and ensure they take an active part in the training.
