HBDI Training
It is essential for people to understand one another in this fast-paced world of UK Supermarkets and their suppliers. HBDI training will assist anyone who presents to buyers, work in teams or need to influence someone to get something done.
The course consists of 1/2+1/2 classroom days, 6 months apart with support in between these days. Making Business Matter uses Sticky Learning, a unique training method delivered by a world-class tutor that has a wealth of experience in the UK Grocery Industry.
Learning objectives
Participants will be able to:
- Understand themselves and others better, knowing how they prefer to communicate, think and make decisions.
- Understanding how they can use their profile to help adapt their decision making, thinking and communication style to improve audience engagement.
- Identify how to improve team effectiveness through better problem effective feedback, solving and innovation.
