Course description

Presentation Skills Training

The difference between business won and business lost could be the result of a good or bad presentation. The CPD accredited course focuses on getting your message across effectively irrespective of how small the audience. It helps learners deliver impactful presentations, both externally and internally, to convey key messages and engage the audience.

The course consists of 1+1 classroom days, 6 months apart with support in between these days. Making Business Matter uses Sticky Learning, a unique training method delivered by a world-class tutor that has a wealth of experience in the UK Grocery Industry.

Learning objectives

Participants will be able to:

  • Thoroughly prepare for a presentation.
  • Present with more confidence.
  • Increase audience engagement with fewer words and a stronger message.
  • Recognise when presenting with real influence, when they are not, and why.
  • Use techniques and tools to increase the strength of presentations.
  • Assess whether the audience are engaged and what to do if they are not.
