Course description

Team Building
In the challenging world of UK Supermarkets and their suppliers, it is important that supplier staff work effectively as a team. Targets are challenging and one person working on their own cannot possibly achieve them.
The course consists of 1+1 classroom days, 6 months apart with support in between these days. Making Business Matter uses Sticky Learning, a unique training method delivered by a world-class tutor that has a wealth of experience in the UK Grocery Industry.
Learning objectives
Participants will:
- Have a safe environment to identify team challenges, pose challenges and look for team opportunities.
- Be able to empower each individual team member to understand their ‘place’ in the team and what they can offer the team.
- Go through Tuckman’s four stages of team development; Forming, Storming, Norming & Performing, a team can understand where it is, where it wants to get to and begin to figure out how to do so.
