Managing Remote Teams

- Considered how to manage a team you may not physically see from one month to the next
- Explored techniques for communicating with remote workers and teams
- Reviewed how to monitor and evaluate their work without it seeming as if you re ‘spying’ on them
- Acquired hints and tips on how to evaluate equally those employees who work in the office and those who work from home
- Analysed how to decide promotion when some members of the team are in the office and others are at home
- Developed a plan to recruit new team members who will work remotely
