Creative Writing

Creative Writing Courses cover a range of genres and mediums, including realism, sci-fi, crime, relationships, horror, comedy, nonfiction, fantasy, memoir, radio, film, stage and others. If you are a beginner, writing some years or an experienced author looking to develop a project, you will find something useful to you here. Irish Literature

MKCW provide rewarding and richly designed literature course on 20th/21st century Irish literature. These courses focus on novels, short stories and poems by a suite of authors, either Irish or writing about parts of Ireland. Archival documents, newspapers, interviews along with excerpts of the books are provided for weekly discussion. Slides and course videos are provided as part of each course. Dr Martin Keaveney has contributed to global discussions on 20th century Irish literature at the intersection of the sub-discipline of narratology.
