Photography – DSLR Intermediate
If you have completed the Photography - DSLR lntroduction course and wish to explore more of the technical features of your equipment, this course is the next step. Bring your camera to each session or, if you do not have your own, the college has a limited number of cameras but you will need to book one.

Those who have completed the Photography - DSLR Introduction course and wish to explore more of the technical features of your equipment, this course is the next step. Bring your camera to each session or, if you do not have your own, the college has a limited number of cameras but you will need to book one.
Training Course Content
Control exposure by using fully manual settings and use the histogram to assess exposure. Use manual focus and f-stops to control depth of field and achieve sharpness. Control colour casts using white balance settings under different lighting conditions. Take photographs using live view mode. Work with and compare RAW and JPEG file formats.
