Effective Communication
This fun, 1-day Effective Communication workshop introduces participants to TetraMap®, a simple communication model to help us understand ourselves and those around us better. - Demonstrate how to influence others more effectively
- Flex their communication style to build rapport and achieve a win-win
- Relate the TetraMap theory to my own work challenges
- Utilise the key components of verbal and non-verbal communication more effectively
- Demonstrate the most appropriate verbal and non-verbal communication skills for a given situation
