Delivered by regulation specialist Tracey Calvert, this new virtual classroom seminar will provide in-house counsel with a tailored training session to the non-negotiable regulatory and ethical duties expected of them by the SRA.


This session will feature findings from the SRA’s recent ‘In-House Solicitors Thematic Review’ (March 2023) and provide practical solutions to the need to demonstrate compliance with regulatory and ethical duties whilst also needing to address the expectations and needs of the lawyer’s employer.


This essential session is designed to support all in-house lawyers whilst also providing senior GC and legal team managers with compliance checklists and solutions.
