Course description
This live broadcast session is aimed at lawyers who have an understanding of the current Basic Payment Scheme and Countryside Stewardship and want to consider what is around the corner in terms of future financial support for farmers and land managers.
Delegates are expected to have an existing understanding of the Basic Payment Scheme, and the session will discuss a variety of topics, such as the phasing out of the Scheme, the Agriculture Bill 2019 - 2021, Environmental Land Management, and the threats and opportunities presented by the Environment Bill.
