ICOBS is the set of regulatory rules and guidance that concern the distribution of non-investment insurance products (in the main, general insurance policies such as home, motor, pet and types of business insurance) in the UK.


As well as looking at the ICOBS provisions per se, this webinar will consider how general insurance products are sold, by whom, and what other FCA requirements might be relevant to their sale.


Expert speaker Steven Francis brings insurance and financial service clients more than 20 years’ experience as a litigation and regulatory attorney. He assists firms with the design and implementation of compliance and regulatory change projects and is highly experienced at defending clients in contentious enforcement proceedings.
