The new UK listing regime came into force on 29 July 2024. The FCA has described the reforms as the most significant changes to the UK’s listing regime in over 3 decades, so advisers to listed companies need to be familiar with the changes and what they mean in practice.
This short webinar will provide an overview of the key changes and explain the differences to the previous listing regime and the current AIM regime.
