This webinar, presented by Barrister Laura Phillips, provides an overview of the law giving rise to the criminal liability of individuals for health and safety offences, the potential consequences of conviction, and some practical advice for dealing with enforcement investigations, prosecution and sentencing hearings.


It will cover offences by directors and senior managers under section 37 HSWA 1974, gross negligence manslaughter, and sentences and other orders on conviction.
