Course description
This course will provide an overview of the role of oil terminals in providing storage and blending services that help ensure a secure supply of oil products within the modern supply chain. Both oil and products terminals and storage will be considered within this course. The course will consider the many services modern terminals provide, including strategic storage, functioning as physical trading hubs, providing blending services and their role in optimizing transport logistics (for example, through bulk breaking).
