In-House and Bespoke Training
All of MJMEnergy's public courses can be delivered in-house for large departments or specific teams, providing a convenient, cost-effective and highly relevant training solution. Bespoke programmes can also be developed from scratch to suit company-specific needs, taking particular advantage of MJMEnergy's experience in developing interactive games and exercises to support learning. Indeed, these form an integral part of all MJMEnergy training programmes, but can be built to meet particular training requirements as part of a bespoke package. These can include anything from simple energy balancing games - included in many of MJM's open courses - to more advanced negotiation or strategy exercises, providing a unique and creative way to engage delegates and reinforce learning outcomes.
More recently, MJMEnergy has also branched out into online training, developing a platform to support a computer-based introduction to LNG as well as an EFET (European Federation of Energy Traders) back-office training programme.
