Improve Conflict Resolution in Your Team / Organisation - In-House or Online Training Course on Thomas + Kilmann Conflict Types
This in-house training programme on conflict resolution is based on MTC's own conflict management resolution system and will help participants develop their competencies in communication, rapport building and leadership. The course will enable participants to effectively prevent, navigate and resolve conflict.
The course incorporates experiential learning methods to allow participants to practice new skills in real time, the principles of NeuroLinguistic Programming (NLP), and temperament assessments that support the core competences required for effective conflict resolution.
Each participant will receive a personal conflict style type analysis and report, according to the Thomas + Kilmann psychometric model. With insight into their own personal traits and current abilities in conflict resolution, participants will be better prepared to improve their skills in this area and performance in conflict resolution situations.
We also offer this workshop as a CPD accredited, 90 minute online coaching session via Zoom or Teams from £45 + VAT per session
Utilising state of the art software using Smart phone interactions in our online workshops we can guarantee complete delegate participation and motivation.

This workshop develops skills and competencies in communication, rapport building, social skills, psychological triggers, unspoken communications and leadership styles required to support working and living BEYOND CONFLICT!
MTC combines Appreciative Inquiry, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Emotional Intelligence, Experiential Learning, and temperament assessment to support the core competencies associated with the management and resolution of conflict whether at work, in school or at home. Every delegate receives their personal conflict style type using the Thomas + Kilmann psychometric model.
