Conveyancing Law and Practice Diploma (Level 6)
This Level 6 Diploma in Conveyancing Law and Practice is highly regarded in the industry and meets the professional standard expected of a licensed conveyancer.

Candidates with no legal qualifications should start by completing the Level 4 Diploma in Conveyancing Law and Practice, before progressing onto the Level 6 Diploma and working towards becoming a Licensed Conveyancer. The Level 6 Diploma is awarded by SQA, the national awarding organisation.
On average it takes 3-6 months to complete a unit, but we give you access to each unit for 12 months.

This programme is suitable for those who have completed the Level 4 Diploma in Conveyancing Law and Practice and want to progress onto the Level 6 Diploma to work towards becoming a Licensed Conveyancer. The Level 6 Diploma is awarded by SQA, the national awarding organisation.

On completion of our Level 6 Diploma programme you will be awarded with a Level 6 Diploma in Conveyancing and Law and Practice, awarded by the SQA.

You will need to complete 3 units to achieve the complete qualification*, however these can be purchased and completed individually to either work towards the full qualification or to develop or refresh your knowledge.
- Landlord and Tenant (£895)
- Conveyancing Law and Practice (£895)
- Managing Client and Office Accounts (Conveyancing) (£895)
*You may have exemptions from some of the qualification units. If you have previously completed some of the units of the qualification you will need to submit a certificate of prior learning to MOL in order to achieve the full Diploma. You may also be eligible for exemptions due to study which MOL can confirm for you.
