Human Resource Management Advanced Certificate (CIPD Level 7)
The Level 7 Advanced Certificate in HR Management is a great way to show you can study at Level 7 and is ideal if you are thinking strategically, but can only dedicate 1 year to the course rather than 2. You simply do 4 out of the 8 modules from the Diploma, and you can always top up with the other 4 modules at any time, getting a full Diploma.
Outcome / Qualification etc.
On completion of our Level 7 Certificate programme and exam you will be awarded with a CIPD Level 7 Advanced Certificate in Human Resource Management.

- Organisational design and organisation development (ODD)
- Leadership and management development (LMD)
Continuing Studies
After completion of the Level 7 Certificate programme you can continue on to our CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma programme in Human Resource Management.
