Therapeutic Yoga: Intermediate
A gentle and systematic approach to yoga. It treats classical poses not as ends in themselves, but deconstructs them and provides an opportunity to build awareness, mobility and strength. Helps tackle injuries and postural problems.

What you will learn
Each class will focus on one or two yoga poses- giving a thorough grounding in their fundamental mechanics. The class is guided through verbal instruction. There will be opportunities for feedback and discussion and some partner work if appropriate
In order to ensure that you make the best possible progress ou your course, you will have regular feedback from your tutor, in a constructive and supportive environment.
