Course description

BSc(Hons) Strength and Conditioning

This course has been designed to help you develop skills and knowledge in order to critically analyse the application of strength and conditioning programmes and their impact upon an athlete’s performance. You will evaluate all aspects of the fundamental scientific concepts and coaching practice underpinning the safe and effective application of strength and conditioning interventions with sports performers.
