Course description
You can choose to gain the Award, Certificate or Diploma in Management and Leadership. The Award is an ideal qualification as a foundation for formal development in your role. The Certificate will broaden your skills and knowledge in first line management. The Diploma gives you the widest choice for your formal development looking at a range of management skills.
Intended for completion by middle managers and anyone wishing to manage at a senior level, this industry-standard qualification from the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) will give you the knowledge and confidence you need to progress your career.
You'll need to complete one Unit of your choice to achieve the Award, which requires six credits. There is one NEC assignment and one CMI assignment per Unit.
