Course description
Intended for completion by middle managers and anyone wishing to manage at a senior level, this industry-standard qualification from the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) will give you the knowledge and confidence you need to progress your career. Our home study course will improve your skills in areas such as resource management, recruitment and information management and is sure to prove invaluable for anyone serious about a senior management role.
You'll need to complete all Group A Units, a minimum of 7 credits from Group B and any combination of units to a minimum of 19 credits from Group C. In total you'll need 62 credits to achieve the Extended Diploma. There is one NEC assignment and one CMI assignment per unit:
