Level 3 in Business Administration
Studying for your Level 3 Diploma in Business and Administration with Need 2 Succeed will provide the opportunity to have your existing skills certified and help you develop your underpinning knowledge. This will enable you to acquire broadened skill-set and an industry-recognised qualification suitable for work in NHStrusts, educational institutions, government departments, charities and the private sector.

Suitability - Who should attend?
There are no formal entry requirements for this course, but you must be aged over 18 and either employed or have regular access to a work environment.
We recommend that you have a good command of literacy and numeracy before enrolling on these courses. We can provide support for this through our programme of online and classroom study for English, Maths and ICT.
Qualification Objective
- For the Level 3 Diploma, you will need to gain 27 credits from 5 mandatory units and 31 credits from a range (6-10) of optional units, that fit with your work environment.
Candidates achieving Level 4 may progress to Level 4, and if you want to go further, you can join a Management and Leadership course with Need 2 Succeed. There are also various diploma and degree qualifications available nationally.

It supports the skills and knowledge learners need to become a competent Senior Business Administrator or Team Leader. Learners will complete this qualification with a concrete understanding and practical experience such as:
