Norse Commercial Services is part of the Norse Group, which has around 12,000 employees. It provides facilities management services including catering, cleaning, printing, building maintenance, waste collection and management, transport, environmental services and security. It also delivers support services such as human resources and payroll. Norse Commercial Services Skills Hub provides learning and development supporting the organisational development and people strategy. The Skills Hub will be responsible for managing and delivering the apprenticeship programme within Norse Commercial Services from May 2017. It will also be able to support the management and delivery of apprenticeships within Norse's partner organisations.
