NWCS has been established since 1986. The company was set up to provide support, welfare education and training to people throughout North West region. Their Mission is to:

"Deliver quality first class training to enhance a range of skills for your professional development leading to recognised qualifications and improved employment prospects."

They operate Apprenticeship at Intermediate, Advanced & Higher. They specialise in Health & Social Care, Childcare, Teaching Assistant, Business Admin, Team Leading & Management.

They operate Traineeship Programme which delivers skills to young people who aren't ready for the Apprenticeship & can provide Employers with a young person who will have gained valuable skills to progress onto Employment with them.
