Course description

In this course bundle, you will study the Aromatherapy, Homeopathy, and Reflexology Level 3 courses. Aromatherapy is a holistic treatment using aromatic essential oils from natural plant extracts to improve the health of the body, mind, and spirit, enhancing both physical and emotional health. You may have also heard of it as essential oil therapy. The practice of aromatherapy has been occurring for thousands of years, as it was used in ancient cultures in China, India, Egypt, and others. You will explore the history of aromatherapy in this course, before understanding how it works in healing and the recent trends in aromatherapy. This part of the course bundle will also cover the use of essential oils, aura and chakras, carrier oils, spiritual aromatherapy, and blending procedures. Homeopathy uses highly diluted substances as a form of treatment to help the body heal itself. The main principle of the practice is that a substance that can cause certain symptoms can also help to remove those symptoms. It is used to treat a very wide range of conditions, including physical conditions such as asthma, as well as psychological conditions such as depression. You will explore what homeopathy is in more detail, before learning how to offer the practice to a client. Finally, reflexology is based on the idea that the feet, hands, and ears are connected to certain organs and body systems, so these body parts are massaged using different amounts of pressure. The practice has been known to reduce stress and anxiety, pain, lift mood, and improve general well-being. In this part of the course bundle, you will look at the anatomy of the hand and feet, using reflexology for health concerns, and much more. The course will allow you to study when and where you want, at your own pace. All coursework can be submitted by either post or email making it easier and hassle-free. All of the materials will be delivered to you or sent to you by post or email, so it couldn’t be easier. Our experienced and friendly tutors are always a click away by email, giving you advice and helping you through your course.
