Mindfulness for tough times (Classroom/Online)
At the end of this course you will leave with an 8-week programme of mindfulness skills which you can gradually take and apply in the real world. Learn how to surf difficult emotions and thoughts and keep a focus on the end goal. Learn how to 'mindfully' recognise biases and how these can impact our ability to make good decisions. Explore what true confidence is and isnt, and how you can start to become a more confident focusing on the actions of confidence rather than the feelings of confidence. Develop the ability to stay focused on the here and now, not becoming distracted by the many factors which try and grab our attention in the moment.
