Grow your own mushrooms:
Plumpton College are hosting a fascinating one day course where you will learn how to grow Oyster Mushrooms at our Brighton based Stanmer Site. The day will involve the cultivation process of the Oyster mushroom. You will have the opportunity to learn about the spawn and take your mushroom kit at the end of the day to continue to grow your own in the comfort of your own home.
