Phase one - PowerCall Cold Calling with Confidence Workshop

  • One-to-one personal coaching of team members, where scripts, objection handling, questioning and listening skills, etc will be put into practice during fresh live calls.

Phase Two - PowerCall “Refresher” Group Training and Coaching Session to aid and monitor skills adoption

This session is a one-day in-house group coaching session conducted four weeks after delivery of phase one to monitor progress.

  • Overcoming Continuing Challenges
  • How to plan your cold calling for maximum effect
  • Recognising the Buying Mode of Your Prospect and How to Harness the Power of Timing

  • Advanced Level Role Plays

Phase Three: One-to-One Coaching

This phase commences four weeks after phase two is completed and consist of one-to-one coaching sessions with team members to further embed the learning and to hone acquired skills. These sessions are recommended to be scheduled once a month over a four-month period.

  • discuss any challenges, and receive further guidance to improve their performance. 
  • sessions will also act as a sounding board for team members
  • opportunity to measure progress against individualised Action Plans.

Unlimited On-going Telephone and Email Support

  • Following delivery of Phase One all team members will be entitled to unlimited on-going telephone and email support.
