ILM Level 5 Certificate in Leadership and Management
Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) qualifications are well-recognised in the workplace. Qualifications are composed of a range of modules which cover the core areas of leadership and management. The Level 5 is designed for practising middle managers, helping them to develop their skills and experience, improve performance and prepare for senior management responsibilities
Assessment is through written assignments and each assignment focuses on the application of learning theory to each individual’s workplace. The material includes a variety of activities, reflections and self-assessments to help individuals develop their self-awareness and identify areas for further development. The ILM Certificate carries 13 credits. Learners who achieve a Certificate can progress to a Diploma if they wish.
