Influence is a power over others to encourage thought and promote change. It is an important skill in any role and particularly in leadership positions. This course is aimed at those wanting to understand the principles of influencing other people and learn techniques to improve their influencing skills. On completion, you can submit your learning activities to the course provider and if completed to a satisfactory level, you will receive a Certificate of Achievement.
