Personal Effectiveness
Developing our potential so that we can be the best we can involves improving our self-awareness and learning new tools and techniques. This programme introduces delegates to new skills to develop your confidence and ability to work proactively. It is designed for those wishing to improve their personal effectiveness either in the workplace or for job interviews, promotions and professional development. On completion, you can submit your learning activities to the course provider and if completed to a satisfactory level, you will receive a Certificate of Achievement. There is an additional opportunity for an ILM Endorsed Award (at an additional cost) upon successful completion of a short piece of work.
