Course delivery details

The 6-week programme is divided into an introduction plus 5 modules with each module focused on a key management topic that is critical for you as a leader to understand. Each module is delivered over a week and contains both live and on-demand learning materials.

Live learning is done through webinar technology, utilising the interactive features available such as polling, break out rooms and whiteboard.

On-demand learning can be completed anytime and is usually required in preparation of a live learning session. On-demand learning includes reading, video lectures and forum discussions.
