Consultancy Skills - (2 Day course)
The role of the consultant, whether internal or external, is a complex one. When it is related to the business model, the skill sets required are diverse and varied. A consultant is required to have excellent people and communication skills as well as have a sound knowledge of the sponsor organisation’s vision and strategy.
In this course we aim to provide a backdrop to some of the key areas that need to be continually refreshed.
Additional modules we would advise are: Finance for non financial Managers, Interpreting Financial Statements and Managing Budgets.

- 12:00 – 12:00 The analysis toolbox – taking what we have learnt, assessing opportunity and value stream mapping
- 12:30 – 13:00 Stakeholder analysis
- 14:00 – 16:00 How do we practically manage projects and utilise Visual Management techniques
