Developing a sales strategy process – Consider our brand, identify risk.  Therefore include and develop a risk matrix to ensure a fall back plan

Identifying and building a target market  - Profiling, focusing and targeting.  Ensuring that there is a significant ROI.  Ensure there is a Mission Statement for each new Account.
 
The role of marketing and distribution in Sales

Ensuring that we have the right balance within the sales team -  Can we meet the anticipated demand?  Are the processes in place to ensure that our team aren’t overwhelmed and that our existing client base is still fully supported.  How and when do we build on the existing team?
 
Ensuring and securing a Sales quality process - What does this entail?  How do we make it a reality?  In what way can we build a repeatable, reliable process that works for us?

  • Greater clarity of the roles and responsibilities of all teams that will be affected by the Strategy
