Stress Busters - Half Day (pm)
This course will give Participants a range of skills to manage their own stress levels, before during and after potentially highly stressful situations. Rather than a “talking shop”, this course is designed to give Participants the chance to practice a variety of stress management techniques, so they may select what works best for them (NB, no alcohol will be served!)
