It will draw on current cultural experts' research on international cultures, and the trainer's extensive experience of working with Europeans, Asians, Americans, Latin Americans, Africans and the Arab World. It will use participants' own experience of working with different cultures, and they will be encouraged to share stories, look for solutions and role-play their scenarios
