Business Administration (Public Course)

Business administration is at the heart of almost every business in the public, private and third sector. This is an ideal programme if you're in a senior administrator role or who have experience of administrative duties.

Our business administrator apprenticeship has been designed by curriculum and sector experts from a range of different industries to reflect the transferable nature of the skills being learnt and used every day. The programme is delivered flexibly with no fixed start dates and can be tailored to meet your industry and sector.

Our 14 month blended learning programme provides you with the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to succeed in any office environment. You'll learn and be taught by an experienced Trainer dedicated to you, supporting you every step of the way through the programme. This is a relatively in-depth apprenticeship programme that incorporates a wide range of complex and more advanced skills to help you grow and flourish, whether project management, mentoring or IT skills.

As a business administrator you'll be supporting and engaging with different parts of the organisation where you work, interacting with internal or external customers regularly.

All our programmes are regulated and funded through the government or the apprenticeship levy.
