This course is for you if you are interested in gaining employment in an office environment and it will provide you with the essential knowledge and understanding of working in business administration. You will learn a range of office skills to prepare you for the work environment. This course Includes effective communication in the workplace working in business administration as well as using ICT in creating and producing business documentation.

Suitability - Who should attend?

Students must have a minimum of Entry level ITQ qualification or equivalent experience and very high literacy skills. You are required to attend an interview plus an initial assessment in literacy, numeracy and IT assessment prior to enrolment on this course.
