What will I learn?
Learn, explore and develop the basics of writing drama scripts for film, stage, tv and radio. What will you need for your first session: A pen/ pencil and notepad or a laptop Overall course aims & objectives: * Generate ideas for scripts * Discuss techniques, content and structure * Create characters * Produce creative writing segments using a variety of methods and mediums On this course you will develop the following introductory skills and knowledge: * Character building * Story and plot * Dialogue and subtext * Tension and conflict * Scenes and structure * Revision and editing Assessment (homework, online tests and/or examinations): Methods: interactive lectures, in-class and at-home assignments and writing exercises, peer and tutor feedback and discussion Progression and/or qualifications available from this course: If you feel you have additional learning needs please ask the office about available su
